양재영은 대한민국의 소방공무원이다. 의무소방원으로 복무하였으며, 2006년 경기도 소방공무원으로 임용되었다. 안양소방서, 안산소방서 등에서 근무하였으며 경기도 소방학교, 중앙소방학교에서 훈련 교관으로도 활동하였다. 2013년 ARF DiREx 2013에 참여했고, 2015년부터 호주 소방관인 션 라펠의 추천으로 IFIW에 한국 대표로 참가했다. DRI(Dive Rescue International) 급류구조 강사와 ERDI ⅠㆍⅡ(Emergency Response Diving International)ㆍ텐더, PADI(Professional Association of Diving Instructors) 스쿠버 강사, 수상안전법 강사, 라이프가드, 화재진화사 1급, 3D Firefighting 등 다양한 자격증을 소지하고있다.

Jae-young Yang is a Republic of Korea firefighter. He served his military service in Jeollabuk-do Fire Services and was appointed as a firefighter in Gyeonggi-do in 2006. He has worked for the Anyang, Ansan Fire Station and has also worked as a training instructor at the Gyeonggi-do Fire Service Academy and National Fire Service Academy. In 2013, He participated in ARF DiREx 2013, and since 2015, has participated in IFIW as Republic of Korea representative with the recommendation of Australian firefighter Shan Raffel. He also has various certificates such as DRI (Dive Rescue International) instructor, ERDI I / II (Emergency Response Diving International), PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) scuba instructor, water safety instructor, lifeguard.
