Kim Jun-cheol (1970 ~) is a Korean firefighter. In 1991, he entered the Hanyang University College of Medicine. After dropping out of medical school in 1998, he took the civil service exam and was hired as a Seoul firefighter on January 17, 2000. While working as a fire fighter, he passed the 12th Fire Cadet Exam in 2002 and completed a year’s training at the National Fire Service Academy. After his appointment, he worked for National 119 Rescue Service and saved lives at various international disaster sites. Those experiences as a field instructor for the Seoul Fire School provided the basis for training junior firefighters in Seoul Fire Academy. In 2015, he served as the leader of theSeoul Citizen Safety Guard Task Force Team of the Seoul Fire and Disaster Headquarters, and proposed a new direction for safety education policy.

김준철(1970년 ~ )은 대한민국의 소방공무원이다. 1991년 한양대학교 의과대학에 재학 중 대한민국 육군에 입대하여 최전방 부대에서 병장으로 만기전역하였고 1998년 의과대학을 자퇴한 후 소방공무원 시험에 응시하여 2000년 1월 17일 서울특별시 소방공무원으로 임용되었다. 화재진압대원으로 근무 중 2002년 제12기 소방간부후보생 선발시험에 합격하여 중앙소방학교에서 1년간의 교육을 마치고 2003년 3월 5일 서울특별시 지방소방위로 임용되었다. 간부 임용 전 화재진압대원으로 경험을 쌓았고 임용 후에는 중앙119구조단에서 근무하며 다양한 국제 재난 현장에서 인명을 구조하였다. 이러현 경험은 서울소방학교 현장교관으로 근무하며 후배 소방관을 양성하는 밑거름이 되었다. 2015년 서울특별시 소방재난본부 시민안전파수꾼 팀장을 맡아 안전교육 정책의 새로운 방향을 제시하였다.
